A Fresno business owner is speaking out about the ongoing vandalism and property damage that occurs at his establishment during Art Hop Week.
Damon Miller, owner of the Chicken Shack on Fulton Street in downtown Fresno, says he is a strong supporter of the event and the arts, but the repeated damage is affecting his business.
