Clovis Police get $140K grant for traffic safety efforts

CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Clovis Police Department received over $100,000 in state funds towards traffic enforcement and road safety on Wednesday.

According to the CPD, the department received a grant of $140,000 from the California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) as part of a grant program that will run through Sept. 2026.

The funds will help the department prevent the number of traffic collisions resulting in serious injuries and even deaths…
