Hanford, CA – The National Weather Service in Hanford is warning residents across Central California to prepare for the possibility of isolated thunderstorms late Tuesday night through Wednesday evening, as an upper-level disturbance moves onshore from the Pacific.

Forecasters say there is a 10–25% chance that parts of the San Joaquin Valley and adjacent foothills could experience a few strong storms, bringing lightning, gusty winds, and brief bursts of heavy rain. The storm window will begin late tonight and continue through Wednesday evening
