FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — With federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits set to pause beginning Nov. 1, 2025, Fresno State’s student leaders are calling on the campus community to step up and support students facing food insecurity.
SNAP, formerly known as food stamps, provides an average of $247 a month to individuals and families in need.
