MADERA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – If you find a stray dog or cat and aren’t sure how to locate its owner, the Madera County Animal Shelter now offers a 24-hour microchip scanner station.
This not only helps reunite lost pets with their owners more quickly but also alleviates strain on the shelter.
