Shooting threat at Fresno gas station leads to 3 arrests, guns recovered, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man threatening to shoot someone and their wife at a Fresno gas station led to three people being arrested and 20 firearms being recovered, police said Friday.

On Saturday, Oct. 25, at around 2:40 p.m., officers in Fresno responded to an area near North Hughes and West Dakota Avenue for reports of a ShotSpotter activation.

Officers said they found casings, as well as witnesses who heard the gunshots. As officers reviewed footage, it showed a person in a black, in what was described as a newer model Nissan Altima, shooting at another car as it was leaving the area…
