FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Illegal dumping continues to be a persistent issue across the city, and one Fresno resident says someone treated the street in front of his home like their own personal landfill.
A citywide cleanup was scheduled for Wednesday, and Jorge Rodriguez believes the people responsible took advantage of that, knowing the trash would be picked up.
