FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Murder charges have been filed against a 27-year-old man from Reedley after his second fatal DUI crash in Fresno County.
The Fresno County District Attorney’s Office announced on Wednesday that it has filed murder charges against Daniel Lemus after they say he was involved in a crash that killed a 17-year-old boy while he was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
