The 6th Annual Soquel Meadow Ranch Christmas Tree Event

MADERA COUNTY, CA – The 6th annual Soquel Meadow Ranch Christmas Tree cutting event will be tomorrow, November 29th, from 10am to 3pm. All donations go back to the community of Oakhurst. This has become a wonderful family event with beautiful memories for all. Hot chocolate, muffins, candy and a communal fire pit. Come join us for a wonderful time. Take a family photo at the barn, enjoy some hot chocolate and make some family memories. Please bring all equipment required to cut down your Christmas tree.

Each year families pick trees together, share stories by the fire, and warm hands on steaming mugs. The event supports local programs through donations collected at the gate, ensuring proceeds stay within Oakhurst. Organizers recommend sturdy shoes, warm layers, and tarps to secure trees for the drive home.

Children are invited to help choose and tag trees, then pose for a free family photo at the barn. There is no admission fee, only a suggested donation; refreshments include hot chocolate, muffins and seasonal candy while the communal fire pit provides a cozy gathering spot. Experienced cutters will be on hand to show safe techniques, but attendees should bring all equipment required to cut down your Christmas tree…
