RAYMOND, Wis. — One woman died and a child was injured in a house fire in Raymond on Monday.
Raymond Fire & Rescue Department said it was sent out to the fire near 2085 108th Street at 2:52 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1.
Once on the scene, crews confirmed there were two people trapped inside the residence. The first officer, a Norway Police officer, and a chief that arrived attempted to rescue the victims, but were unsuccessful after being overcome by smoke. They were forced to leave the house…
