FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the grand opening of Blackstone Chevrolet’s new Mega Used Car Center.
Originally starting as an empty parking lot is now a parking lot full of new and like-new used cars.
There were about 300 used vehicles on the lot on opening day…
