Rain from our very wet November ended about 2 weeks ago, and behind it, fog and low clouds developed in the Central Valley.
Since then, very little has changed meteorologically. High pressure over California continues to deflect an active storm track to our north… the Pacific Northwest will get absolutely slammed with rain from an Atmospheric River today (Monday), but we will continue to see low clouds and fog. It may burn off to hazy sunshine late in the afternoon, but will yet again, re-form overnight. This pattern looks to continue through the rest of the week…
