FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Valley Crime Stoppers and Fresno Police Department need your help in identifying a man they believe placed a credit card skimming device on an ATM at a Bank of America.
On Dec. 3, a man was caught on camera planting a skimming device on the ATM in the drive through of a Bank of America on Cedar Avenue near Shields.
The time of the incident, he was caught driving a dark grey Jeep Compass with an unknown license plate…
