Police are looking for a man who rammed into a patrol vehicle Sunday and drove at a high rate of speed before crashing in Fresno.
An officer conducted a traffic stop at 3:45 p.m. near Ingram and Herndon avenues. The officer made contact with a woman driver and a man in the passenger seat.
