Fresno home shot at 3 times, first suspect arrested, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The first suspect has been arrested in connection with a series of shootings that have plagued a Fresno home.

Police say they arrested 22-year-old Jordan Rios, who is a criminal street gang member, for two of the three shootings at a home near West San Carlos and North Pope avenues.

The series of shootings started on Sunday, Nov. 2, around 7:30 a.m. On scene, police found casings, and witnesses they spoke with said they saw a vehicle fleeing northbound. The residents, who police say were asleep at the time, were not injured.

Police responded to the same house again on Friday, Nov. 21, around 2:30 a.m., for a second shooting. They again found multiple casings. Again, no one was injured…
