FOWLER, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Are the “Kia Boys” at it again? Fowler Police said Tuesday that there have been a series of break-ins and vandalism for Kias and Hyundais, a trend commonly used by the “Kia Boys.”
Police said there have been a total of five cases from Dec. 2 to Dec. 21.
The thieves breaking into these cars start by breaking the keyhole or the door locks. They then punch open the plastic housing around the ignition switch with a screwdriver. The thieves then use a USB accessory to start the car…
