FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A flood watch is in effect for much of Central California through Friday as rain continues to raise the risk of flooding, according to the National Weather Service.
Forecasters warn that heavy rain could lead to flooding of rivers, creeks, streams and other low lying or flood prone areas across the valley.
Areas under the flood watch include Fresno, Clovis, Bakersfield, Visalia, Merced, Madera, Hanford, Corcoran, Lemoore, Delano, Wasco, and parts of the San Joaquin Valley, Sierra foothills, and Kern County…
