FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Hmong community is celebrating a major milestone this week, marking 50 years of Hmong New Year celebrations in the Central Valley.
Thousands of people packed the Fresno Fairgrounds to kick off the multi-day celebration, which honors Hmong culture, history, and traditions through food, music, clothing, and symbolic customs passed down through generations.
