LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police in California have arrested two people accused of shooting and killing two men near downtown Las Vegas earlier in December.
On Dec. 22, at around 9:30 p.m., officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 1800 block of Lewis Avenue near Bruce Street, near Charleston Boulevard and Fremont Street.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found two men on the street suffering from gunshot wounds. One died at the scene, and the other died after being transported to Sunrise Hospital, Lt. Robert Price said.
“It appears that there were several individuals that got into an altercation. During that altercation, several of those individuals produced firearms, and shots were exchanged,” Price said…
