Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, California, has announced a $13.6 million bequest from the estate of King J. Richter.
The largest gift in the hospital’s 96-year history will support construction of a new emergency department, investments in new medical technology and devices, and improved access to care.
“The generosity of King J. Richter will allow Saint Agnes to invest directly in our facilities and care services to ensure we can meet the growing and complex needs of our community right here at home for generations to come,” said Saint Agnes president and market leader Gurvinder Kaur. “Our entire Saint Agnes family of colleagues, physicians, and community members are grateful to Richter for his support of our healing ministry.”…
