MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The law caught up to a Madera County driver on Friday after CHP says they outran officers earlier this week.
CHP says police tried pulling over the Mercedes pictured below on Dec. 30 on Shaw Avenue in Fresno.
The driver allegedly fled, but CHP says the pursuit was quickly called off “due to the reckless behavior exhibited by the driver.”
Officers later determined the car was registered in Coarsegold and notified CHP Oakhurst to be on the lookout. They were, and on Friday, a CHP Oakhurst officer located the Mercedes driving down Highway 41 at Cavin Lane in Coarsegold…
