FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A new Chinese restaurant that prides itself on its authenticity made its soft opening over the weekend.
Two years of anticipation gave way after Jingle Bao opened its doors on Saturday, replacing the old Boston Market building on Bullard Avenue, between Blackstone Avenue and Highway 41.
“This building was on construction for two years,” said store manager Aaron Peng. “I’ve been asked by a lot of people when we open and what type of restaurant it is, and now I can tell you. This is a xiao long bao restaurant— a Chinese dumpling restaurant.”…
