FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A woman who is being accused of engaging in a scheme to defraud an insurance company by setting a fire to a Bobby Salazar restaurant is being sought by U.S. Marshals, the Department of Justice said.
Shylo Badali is one of three people involved in the case with Bobby Salazar, the restaurateur who was charged with two indictments.

The DOJ said that Salazar hired Badali and Thomas Qualls to set fire to his restaurant on Blackstone Avenue in Fresno. According to court documents, Salazar told his insurance company that he had nothing to do with the arson, and he was ultimately paid more than $900,000 from his insurance.
