A minor-injury crash snarled traffic Friday afternoon when a truck overturned in the lanes of Fresno’s Highway 99, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The reason for the crash was not immediately clear, but the truck came to rest on its roof about 2:36 p.m. on the northbound side of Highway 99 near Olive Avenue, CHP said…
