Crews are working to determine the cause of a building fire in Downtown Fresno that started at 12:30 Wednesday morning.
Police arrived at the scene on “F” Street near Kern Street just before fire crews did and caught a man leaving the building.
Crews took on the blaze from the front of the building and quickly knocked down the flames…
