FRIANT, Calif. (FOX26) — Authorities are searching for a man who struck 13-year-old with his car in Friant, Calif., on Thursday, Jan. 29, and fled the scene.
Xavier Castillo, who was riding his scooter along the road, suffered broken bones in his leg and fractures to his hands after being hit.
