FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – As storms move through the Central Valley, outages can happen at any moment. But restoring power starts long before the lights go out.
As of 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 19, over 24,000 PG&E customers across the Central Valley lost power.
