FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – While many families were celebrating Valentine’s Day, one Fresno family was mourning the sudden loss of a man they say changed their lives.
Jose Navarro, 42, died Saturday from heart failure, according to the Fresno County Coroner’s Office.
Now his family is raising money to give him what they call a proper memorial service…
