MADERA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A stolen wallet was returned, and the culprit was sent to jail thanks to a “suspicious activity” RING app post in Madera.
Police say the post was sent out early Thursday morning from a neighborhood in the area of Fairview and W. 3rd St. It warned of a man on a bike snooping into people’s cars.
Thanks to their nose for crime, police were able to quickly spot the post and send out officers who found a man matching the description: 20-year-old Antonio Bolanos Gutierrez.
