$2.5 million project targets Friant and Shepard intersection with signal, lane changes

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — After several collisions, 2.5 million dollars is now being invested to improve safety on the intersection of Friant and Shepard.

It’s the first day changes are being made on Friant and Shepard Avenues, an intersection where the number of collisions has caused concern.
