Suspect named in Family Health Care Network shooting in Fresno, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (

) – The suspect in the Family Health Care Network shooting in Fresno on Thursday morning has been named by the Fresno Police Department.

Officers say 69-year-old Bounlab Thammavong was the man who entered the clinic at Clinton and West avenues at around 8:20 a.m. and fired shots at an employee. That employee has not been named by police.

When officers arrived, they were able to make contact with the shooter in the lobby and arrested him without incident…
