CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Nine people were arrested, and three others were cited after two operations into the distribution of alcohol to minors in Clovis.
On Friday, police say they conducted a Minor Decoy operation in which a minor, under the supervision of agents, attempts to buy alcohol from a business.
Officers reported that out of the 11 retail licensees contacted in Clovis, three clerks were cited for selling alcohol to minors.
