Maker of 3-foot ‘Anaconda burrito’ opening another Mexican restaurant in Fresno

Taqueria Yarelis — maker of the viral 3-foot Anaconda burrito — is opening its third restaurant in Fresno.

The Mexican restaurant plans to open its northernmost spot yet at the northwest corner of Blackstone and Nees avenues in April. It’s taking over the space left by Brothers Ramen & Japanese Eatery when it closed, in the same shopping center as Rubber Soul Bicycles and diagonally across the intersection from River Park, .

“I think it’s a very perfect place for a third location,” said Edwin Espinoza, an owner, cook and a head of social media for the restaurant his family runs…
