“Right now, we’re really pushing our specialty varieties,” Monique tells me as we catch up over a look at the supplier’s robust citrus portfolio. “We have our Royal Reds, our Cara Caras, and our Minneola Tangelos—and we’re so excited to debut our new Heirloom Navel packaging.”
