Fresno names nine local Women of the Year, celebrating leadership and community impact

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — In celebration of Women’s History Month, the City of Fresno honored nine local women at its annual “Women of the Year” ceremony Wednesday, recognizing their leadership, service, and impact across the community.

The event, held at Fresno City Hall, highlighted women who are breaking barriers and making a difference in fields ranging from public service and education to nonprofit leadership and community advocacy.
