Raisin City School District employee arrested, deputies say

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A Raisin City School District employee was arrested Thursday and is facing charges of annoying a child and lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, the sheriff’s office said.

Deputies arrested 49-year-old Carlos Rivas of Kerman on Thursday.
