How possibly record-low snowpack could impact Central Valley farmers

EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Department of Water Resources set out to measure this season’s snowpack in El Dorado County Wednesday.

They placed the measuring stick on the dirt.
