April 2, 2026 – Fresno County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Coroner’s Office needs the public’s help
locating relatives of 52-year-old Jose Luciano Cruz.
Cruz is described as 5’9″, 170 lbs. He was known to stay in Biola and Kerman.
