FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A Central Valley lawmaker is pushing new legislation aimed at cracking down on dangerous, high-speed driving.
The proposed “Stop Super Speeders Act” would create a pilot program in seven California counties, requiring drivers convicted of reckless or excessive speeding offenses to install intelligent speed assistance (ISA) devices before getting back behind the wheel.
