Steve Garcia pleaded no contest Thursday to a felony hit-and-run charge that caused the death of Paul Sanchez, moments before a court hearing was set to include new evidence and witness testimony.
During the hearing, Fresno County Superior Court Judge Houry Sanderson addressed Garcia about the meaning of the plea.
