$12 million 7-Eleven gas station in Madera County sets a California record

MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A newly constructed 7-Eleven gas station in Madera County has set a California record after it sold for over $12 million.

According to the real estate brokerage firm Hanley Investment Group, the 7-Eleven at Highway 99 and Avenue 17 represents the highest‑priced single‑tenant 7‑Eleven ever sold in California at $12.18 million.

Fresno’s ‘Boots in the Park’ reveals its fall lineup

Operators say the new 7-Eleven is over 4,600 square feet and includes EV charging stations and commercial diesel fueling lanes. The location at 3720 Avenue 17 is over the road from the Madera Municipal Airport.

The real estate company behind the sale adds that it is also the first single‑tenant 7‑Eleven convenience store with commercial fueling lanes to sell in the state.
