A four-vehicle crash right at the boundary of northeast Fresno and northwest Clovis took out a signal pole and severely impacted traffic in the area Wednesday afternoon.
Ty Wood, spokesperson for the Clovis Police Department, said the crash occurred around 12:45 at Willow and Herndon avenues.
