FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 64-year-old man who was killed after being struck by a car on Highway 41 was named by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office on Friday.
Officials say the victim was 64-year-old Phonesavanh Luangpraseuth of Fresno.
