Woman rescued from drowning at notorious Madera County swimming hole

MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A woman was rescued from a near-drowning incident over the weekend at a notoriously dangerous Madera County swimming hole.

Deputies say the 23-year-old who was rescued was trapped in the fast-moving waters of Angel Falls.
