A massive North Texas office campus could be reborn as a mixed-use destination under a proposed $200 million redevelopment.
Craig International Inc. recently unveiled plans to redevelop 58 acres at 3700 S. Stonebridge Dr. in McKinney, according to Community Impact. Formerly the site of Globe Life’s headquarters, the campus is set to transform into a mixed-use development known as Rowlett Station, named after the bordering Rowlett Creek.
