MCKINNEY, Texas — A 16-year-old juvenile suspect was arrested and charged with capital murder last week in connection with a fatal shooting at a McKinney apartment complex last month, police say.
Police have not identified the suspect on account of them being a juvenile. Another suspect, Daniel Chavira, was arrested on June 20 and charged with criminal conspiracy to commit capital murder.
