Construction continues at Fields West, the $800 million mixed-use development that will bring shopping, restaurants, offices and luxury residences to Frisco’s northern edge. While cranes and steel now mostly define the site, the list of future tenants offers the clearest picture yet of what’s coming.
More than 35 businesses have already been announced, ranging from nationally recognized brands to first-to-market concepts, and developers say the lineup isn’t complete. When the project opens in phases beginning in late 2027, Fields West is expected to become one of North Texas’ premier shopping and dining destinations.
“Our goal has always been to create something elevated and timeless,” Managing Director Olivia Karahan Charapko previously told Local Profile. “As we finalize the tenant mix, we are making decisions that will shape an experience that offers something for everyone while maintaining the upscale tone Fields West promises.”
A New Urban District For Frisco
Located within the larger Fields development, Fields West is designed as a walkable district. The project will include 360,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment, 350,000 square feet of Class A office space and more than 1,100 luxury apartments from Columbus Realty Partners…
