The future of a proposed data center near Prosper is uncertain after the town’s Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the Town Council deny the project.
The commission voted 7-0 late Tuesday night following more than 400 emails submitted ahead of the meeting and comments from dozens of people who spoke during it.
