Frisco’s newest downtown gathering space is already welcoming visitors, even though its official grand opening celebration is still a few weeks away.
Fourth Street Plaza is now open to the public, with the city planning an official grand opening celebration in October. During its Sept. 1 meeting, Frisco City Council received an update on the final stage of the project, which represents the last major construction milestone for the city’s $68 million Rail District.
