Café Brazil is back in McKinney more than a decade after its previous location closed, but this return comes with an especially local connection.
CEO and owner Lindsay Pultz lives in McKinney, her son serves as general manager of the new restaurant and other members of her family work for the company she and her husband purchased in 2025 after spending 24 years with Café Brazil.
The restaurant is now open at 318 N. Central Expressway, bringing Café Brazil’s all-day breakfast, coffee and expansive menu back to the city.
